Welcome to Mommy Panadera. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms.

Orders
All products are baked fresh to order. We recommend placing orders at least 2–3 days in advance to secure availability.

Payments
Orders are confirmed only after payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed. Prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

Product Availability
As all products are handmade in small batches, availability may vary. Mommy Panadera reserves the right to substitute or discontinue products when necessary. Customers will be notified of any significant changes to their order.

Pick-up and Delivery
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct pick-up or delivery details when placing an order. Mommy Panadera is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Food Allergies
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, nuts, and other allergens. Customers are responsible for reviewing product information before purchasing.

Refunds and Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.

Intellectual Property
All content, images, logos, and branding displayed on this website are the property of Mommy Panadera and may not be used without permission.

Changes to Terms
Mommy Panadera reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
