Shipping Policy

Mommy Panadera bakes all products fresh to order. We do not keep stock on hand.

Auckland Pick-up & Local Delivery

• Pick-up is available from Glen Eden, Auckland during selected collection times.

• Local delivery is available within Auckland on selected delivery days.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order during the agreed delivery window.

NZ-Wide Courier Delivery

• We offer overnight courier delivery for selected products only.

• Courier orders are dispatched on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

• Orders must be placed before the published weekly cutoff date.

• We currently ship to urban addresses only. Rural delivery is not available.

• Delivery timeframes are provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.

Product Availability
Some products are not suitable for courier delivery due to their perishable nature and are available for Auckland pick-up or local delivery only.

Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact details. Mommy Panadera is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout.
