Hi! I'm Nalyn, the heart and hands behind Mommy Panadera.

For me, baking has always been more than creating something delicious. It's about the memories we make, the traditions we carry, and the people we bring together around the table.

My journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Hotel & Restaurant Administration, followed by a career in food service and later corporate Quality and Training. When my family moved to Auckland in 2019, I pursued graduate studies in Applied Psychology, hoping to begin a new chapter in my career.

But life had other plans.

After welcoming my fourth child in 2022, I found myself drawn back to the kitchen. What started as a simple love for baking slowly became something more meaningful. I began sharing my Filipino-inspired creations with friends and neighbours, and eventually with families across New Zealand.

And that's how Mommy Panadera came to life.

What began as a passion for baking has grown into a brand with a purpose: to create meaningful moments through food.

We believe the most memorable gatherings aren't always the grandest ones. Sometimes, they're the simplest—a familiar flavour shared over coffee, a thoughtful surprise delivered to someone special, or a box of comforting treats brought to a family celebration.

Behind every creation is our commitment to food safety, quality, consistency, and genuine hospitality. Our kitchen is registered with Auckland Council, and my training in food safety through the NZ School of Food & Wine continues to guide the standards we uphold.

While our inspiration comes from the familiar flavours and traditions of Filipino baking, our hope is to share them far beyond our own community.

We want Mommy Panadera to be part of everyday moments and meaningful celebrations in households across New Zealand—bringing people together through food, whether it's a familiar taste of home or a flavour discovered for the very first time.

And perhaps one of the greatest compliments we receive is when a customer simply says, "Bahala ka na"—trusting us to choose what goes into their box.
