Hi! I’m Nalyn, the heart and hands behind Mommy Panadera. For me, baking is more than technique—it’s memory, meaning, and the joy of gathering. I earned my Bachelor’s in Hotel & Restaurant Administration, started my career in the food service industry, and later transitioned into corporate quality and training.
In 2019, when my family moved to Auckland, I found myself drawn back to the kitchen. What began as a personal hobby soon grew, as I started sharing Filipino-inspired bakes with friends, neighbors, and—eventually—families across New Zealand.

At Mommy Panadera, my goal is simple: bring the comforting flavors of Filipino baking to your table. Every pastry, bread, and dessert is handcrafted with premium ingredients and a touch of creativity—honoring tradition while adding a gentle, modern twist.

From soft, buttery bibingkas (rice cakes) to flavor-packed cinny-swirls and Filipino inspired classic breads, each treat is designed to bring a taste of home to every bite. Whether you're indulging in our bestsellers or discovering something new, I hope my creations bring joy and a sense of warmth to your day.
I also take pride in maintaining the highest quality and safety standards, backed by my Food Safety Certificate from the NZ School of Food & Wine and a registered kitchen with the Auckland Council.
