Order Lead Time

We require a minimum of 3-5 days lead time for all orders. This allows us to prepare your baked goods fresh and with care.

Allergen Notice

At Mommy Panadera, we take food safety seriously. However, we cannot guarantee that our products are 100% free from allergens due to potential cross-contamination during preparation.

All our products contain: GLUTEN, WHEAT, MILK, and NUTS (including Walnuts, Almonds, and Pistachios). They may also contain traces of SOY and other allergens not listed.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any allergy risks. If you or your loved ones have severe allergies or dietary restrictions, we kindly advise you to consider this before placing an order. Your safety is important to us. Please reach out if you have any specific questions about ingredients.

Payment Terms

All orders must be paid in full upon confirmation. Orders will only be processed once payment has been received.

Pick-Up Information

Orders are available for pick-up in Green Bay, Auckland on schedule.

Bulk Orders

We only offer single-serving items for walk-in purchases at night markets. Bulk orders must be placed in advance for preparation and packaging.

Delivery Option

We now deliver up to 25km from our Green Bay kitchen with a minimum order of $85 (delivery fee applies). Delivery is every Saturday (1:00-5:00 PM). Order cut-off: Every Wednesday 12 noon.

Overnight Shipping

Only selected products—Bibingka, Pan de Quezo, and Pies - vacuum sealed are available for shipping and require Overnight Courier to ensure quality. Please choose the “Shippable Treats” option when ordering these items.

All other products are available for pickup or local delivery only, as indicated. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate. We do not offer refunds for orders affected by incorrect shipping selections or address errors.

*Bundle FREE Shipping Policy
Your bundle qualifies for FREE shipping and may include 1–2 additional products, as long as the total weight is 3kg or below.

📦 If your total order exceeds 3kg, a larger box will be required, and an additional $5 shipping fee will apply.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, refunds, or returns once an order has been confirmed.
