Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, Mommy Panadera does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If you receive an incorrect order or have concerns about the quality of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at order@mommypanadera.co.nz. We will review each case individually and work with you to find a fair resolution.
